do you celebrate Mother's Day if pregnant?

Personally, if you are with child I totally think it's appropriate to celebrate Mother's Day. I mean you're literally carrying for and nurturing a life within your womb. Currently I am 9 months pregnant and due any time but my husband keeps saying I shouldn't celebrate until baby is actually here So next year would be my first Mother's Day. He's a great person but he really believes this nonsense bc the baby isn't physically here for me to "mother"....even though I'm sacrificing my body and health to nurture a baby. He has made several comments about how I don't get to celebrate today and laughs when he sees me open up a Mother's Day card I got in the mail. My family got me anbeautiful necklace as a keepsake for my first Mother's Day and he just says stuff like, " you're not even a mother yet!".  This really bothers me that he feels this way. I think he's being ridiculous. He knows how I feel but continues to try and make me feel like I can't have this moment.
