How to make baby poop?

It's been almost 48 hours, she's 2 and a half months old. I'm starting her on reguline formula next time she's hungry. I just want her to poop before hitting the 48 hour mark cause I feel bad and don't want her to have to go to the hospital. :( Any advice is greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: I did the thing with her legs and she pooped.

What happens after the 48 hour mark?

My LO goes a few days. A few days is normal. Prune juice works wonders, I give a small amount and it does the trick. U can also always get her legs moving with bicycle pumps and that might help.

Longest my daughter went with out poopingwas a week and he doctor told me if nothing works prune juice is the way to go and only give 2 oz a day

Prune juice works wonders I added an ounce or two to his formula and he poops right away. Some babies go 4-5 days without pooping so I might wait a little longer
