Mother's Day for woman ttc

Really a question for women who are still ttc their first child and have had a miscarriage in the past, how do you want your friends/family to handle Mother's Day? Do you want to be wished a Happy Mother's Day or just left alone? I want my friend who had a miscarriage a few months back to know that I'm thinking of her but I don't want to upset her either... any help, advise or discussion is appreciated!
