vitex?

Has anyone taken vitex or fertility vitamins? The reviews for then are great. What does everyone think?

Gosh, I tried a whole range of herbal supplements before getting my BFP! Vitex was definitely one of them.

I'm in my first month taking vitex to try help make my cycles regular. I have never had a problem but since ttc baby #3 they have been all over the show.

Just as a precaution, if you have a hormone imbalance that causes you to produce a high level of progesterone then taking Vitex will stop your period or cause a delay.  Some doctors have no clue what Vitex is or what it does so even if they give you the green light it's best to find an ND and not MD when taking natural supplements.
