Need help finding the perfect stroller.

OK. So, I've been inundated with too many stroller options. I've scoured the interwebs and read reviews until my eyes hurt and can't decide.

What I'm looking for is a 3-wheeled, stroller with the air filled wheels (like a jogger but Uh, I don't jog...I just want to be able to stroll on uneven surfaces like trails and gravel), that can recline fully for a newborn. I am opting out of an infant carseat in favor of just a convertible carseat and don't want to have to use a carseat to be able to stroll with the new babe. I am small framed (barely over 5ft tall) and will be single-moming, so something compact/easy to lug around would be ideal (bonus if it won't cost an arm and a leg).
