Chance of pregnancy

so me & my boyfriend always use the pullout method i know that it is not the safest or smartest but i'm usually okay , so the last two times we have had sex he didn't pull out in time & a little hard gotten in me not the full thing but a little should i be worried for pregnancy or are my chances not that high
