how to be more open?

My husband and I have been together for 6 years now, he's a VERY sexual person and is always asking me to do different stuff. (Bondage, different positions, etc)

I think because of how I was raised (very strict upbringing) a part of me still fears getting in trouble or getting caught... I know irrational, but still.

How do I go about becoming more... confident or open about wanting to do these different things with my husband?

I think talking about it helps. It can be hard or awkward at first but gets easier and more fun over time. And talking about sex stuff seems to open up those guilt or embarrassment or closed type feelings, and help them dissipate.

I've always been very open with trying new things, but first you have to trust that person completely. And I'm sure you do since it's your husband. Then talk with him about exactly what you're going to do, safe words, things like that so you're not going into anything blindly. If you don't try new things, you may never know if you will actually like it or not, just like trying a new food. The whole point is to just have fun 😊
