post partum bleeding--what is normal for you?
I'm wondering how I'm supposed to know if I still have random post partum bleeding or if I am getting my period? Is spotting normal? I am exclusively pumping. My baby is 4 weeks old. Bleeding has been off and on since giving birth (some days off and I'm going from pink/brown/nothing at all) but yesterday it looked like the start of a period and today it is back to nothing at all.
The most vague part of post partum care has definitely been the post partum bleeding--like what is normal?
