Im on my cd21 and i am having spotting... had like a 10 day period this cycle,so im v confused. Can this be implantation bleeding or early period again... #pcos I did get a positive opk this month... this is the first time im having mid cycle spotting and cramps, lower backpain, wired boob pain... pls share your thoughts...
