Help with girl name! Twin brother will be Casper.

We are absolutely stuck between a super unique name, Lloie, and a more common name, Ila. I've always loved Ila but am concerned that Ila/Isla will get super popular in the next few years. Is Lloie too out there? Would you know how to pronounce it upon first seeing it? Thank you!
