Need opinions on paint brands for a baby crib.

Hi ladies! My SO and I are trying to figure out what would be a good brand to use for painting a crib. Were expecting our first baby in October, and thought it would be a little cheaper to buy a used crib and paint it the color we want instead of buying a brand new one the color we are looking for. I was wondering if any of you ladies had any experience with this, and if so know of any good brands to use. My SO is convinced we can use regular paint but I'm pretty sure we need some that is baby safe. Any and all advice from some DIY mommies would be appreciated. Thank you 🙃
