Is Time Or Right When I Wake Up More Important?
I feel like my temps have been rocky and I'm trying to figure out if it's because I've been waking up early. I usually wake up at 7. A lot of days this cycle I've been waking up at 6 but staying in bed/trying to go back to sleep. Should I take my temp at 6 when I wake up or take it after I've stayed in bed until 7? I think it's been stressing me out so I can't go back to sleep lol.
Today at 6 my temp was 97.72 and at 7 it was 97.76. I logged the first one in my chart but not sure which is right.
