I've had this before! You have sweat glands down there, and they can sometimes get clogged! I went to my gyno and he prescribed an antibacterial cream! It took about a week to heal!

Ingrown hair/ cyst. What you do is get a sock. Put some rice In it. Tie the end and heat it up in the microwave for like 45 seconds. And use hot compresses. Like on and off. But be careful the rice can get rly hot at time. I get them all the time. That sock is my friend. I also use it for period cramps :)
