Should 1st world countries reduces its consumption so resources can be relocated and redistributed for 3rd countries?

Huh? I thought that many corrupted and undeveloped country governments are very happy to sell their resources and cash in while leaving the development of their own nation down the drain. Maybe people should make better choice but as it is said "we have the government we deserve".
Second, in a trade, there are two parties. We are not stealing. If there is a theft it is in the increase value of a product we resell. That s the basic of commerce. If you can't make value out of something, yes, you are not robbed, you are just an idiot. But I do agree that the God of commerce and the God of thieves is indeed the same in antiquity : Hermes. It does say something. 
Last, freedom is incompatible with equality. Freedom is to allow to do something for your own benefit. People who are eager to manage and build enterprise deserve to bear the fruits of the risk they took. And beside that, they do recruit a lot of people. 
To summarize, I think it is childish to provide such a lame question. What don't you talk about a specific case? Maybe "fast fashion", then I would be happy to blame even the consumer of the developed countries that is feeding some of the suffering of the world.

Because I'm sure that developed countries giving developing countries food doesn't help in the long run.

-It keeps them dependent on us
-It hurts their own local businesses which are set up to sell produce, which could have a knock on effect to farmers, for example.

We still need to reduce our own consumption drastically though.

I definitely think the US consumes too much of everything. I think it would help a lot if everyone would use less but let's face it, we have it so we're going to use it. Most Americans (and others from 1st world countries) don't know what it's like to not have an endless supply of food, water and electricity. So it would be very weird for a lot of people to begin using less.

I don't think we are necessarily taking from third world countries (I could be wrong). But a lot of them like doing business with us because we buy their goods or trade them. So it benefits us both. But every first world country should help make an effort to help out the ones who need it most. It's absolutely insane to me that football players make millions while HALF of the rest of the world is living off of a pay wage of $2 or less a day. It's hard to wrap my head around. Some people are living in shacks and eating pottery to survive while I'm living such an enriched lifestyle.

I mean, there are multiple studies looking at how veganism could help solve world hunger. More of our cheap crops (corn, wheat, etc) around the world are produced and given to livestock to be slaughtered than directly to humans for their consumption. I realize that we're far from having the majority of people eat a vegan diet, but it is a possible solution. That's reducing consumption

I don't think the problem is as much a consumer problem than it is the government of that country selling their resources and robbing their own people for their selfish greed. It's a bunch of problems in that chain. I think as a 1st world country we should take the resources we have developed such as irrigation systems for both agricultural needs and just having drinkable water. Maybe providing crops modified to grow in certain climates.

I don't think "robbing peter to pay Paul" is the way to solve the problem here. I think the solution is to provide resources with longevity as trade rather than just some money thrown at 3rd world corrupt gov. Officials🤷🏻‍♀️ to me the people responsible for the demise of their country is the one running it. Not the people they trade with

I think we should.

We also produce A LOT of waste. We throw perfectly good food away. Stores will throw perfectly fine products out because it's not selling or is "too old" (in quotes because some food products have been found perfectly fine, at least from the people I know who frequently dumpster dive).

We overproduce, and we waste, and I think we need to reduce the amount of stuff we consume or at least help those who need it.
