Hair Help!

I'm desperately wanting to try something new with my hair. It's soooo long, I've been letting it grow for almost 3 years now, but it's to the point that I can't do anything with it. It's so long and heavy and it has to be pulled back because it's always in my face. I've had my hair pink underneath, blonde underneath, red with blonde highlights, all red, and basically all blonde(highlights gone bad) lol. Color isn't much of a concern to me as much as length, I'm SO NERVOUS. I think I know what I want but any input would be appreciated!
