what's going on??

ok so i've just started taking the pill (haven't missed any days and have taken at the right time) ive been on it for 2 weeks now and the last couple days my vagina has been so sore & i had lots of spotting today, but haven't done anything sexually recently  at all, does anyone know what this is or had a similar experience ???
