still itchy

So i bathe in shower with dove soap..isnt too harsh and sometimes i  use olay in shower body lotion.. but i still feel itchy after a shower ? I scrub and everything but still itchy and have those little grey balls on my body when i hop of the shower and dry off .. it isnt lint because its wet and comes off my body and squishes kinda in ya finger.. moist dry consistency kinda.. any help?
