Pregnancy = Nocturnal ....

How are pregnant women honestly expected to get any sleep?!! I've got tiny feet in my rib cage and tiny hands punching my bladder plus heartburn from hell.. I'm up all night and then feel lazy for taking long naps during the day. Any other June momma's out there with advice on how I can get some shut eye during night hours?
