Leaking someone's nudes

I've recently gone through a break up and my ex boyfriend told me he had deleted all of the nudes I had sent him. Instead, he posts them on Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter. I honestly hate myself for trusting him but we dated for over 2 years. I hate myself so much. I feel so disgusted and to be quite honest I'd rather die than to have to keep going through this. He had since deleted them off social media but people screenshotted them and sent them to me. My face wasn't in them so I keep denying it,  but denying it doesnt change the fact that my body is all over the internet and now everyone has seen it. I'm just hurting really badly right now.
