It's recommended to wait at least a year before getting pregnant again, or you risk a more complicated pregnancy

I get that you're concerned now that you understand what a challenge it can be to fall pregnant. I think it's worth a visit to discuss things, at least your obgyn might advise you to wait before trying again or there might be things you could do during a waiting period ie, improving health etc that could make things easier next pregnancy or they might start you on meds again and you're all good to go.
