Question: should we have ambulances for pets, in cases like these or other emergencies concerning pets?

The man, Jayde Paul Rowan, was in court the other day. He was described as an "animal lover", despite his admission of guilt, and has walked away with a 7 month suspended sentence. His house is guarded by police, and they're begging the people of Perth not to do any vigilante justice.
