SEX WITH EX

So  me and my ex broke up recently but it was mutual and we are friends and lastnight we went to play basketball with a few of our friends. Well when he came to drop me off at my house he asked for water, so when I unlocked my door he asked If he could come In and I didn't think anything of it so I allowed him too. I got him his water and he sat down in the kitchen just drinking it and so I sat down as well and we were just talking then he needed to  use the bathroom and went to my room to use it  . Well I was getting sleepy so I layed down on the couch and was dozing off then he came out and said he was tired and so I told him to lay down as well. He said only 10 min then he had to leave . So we layed down for like 3 min and then he put his arm over me which triggered in my mind that something else was gonna happen that night  but I didn't think it was going through his mind so I didn't think big about it ! Well I got uncomfortable from laying on the couch and said I'm going to lay down on my bed ! And he followed so we layed down and he hugged me like he used to do when we were dating and I hugged him back as well ! And then I had the tendency to kiss him but I didn't until he said "you wanna kiss me don't you" and I replied with a "yes but I'm not " and then he kissed me and it was wrong because he is my ex but it felt so right ( keep in mind we just broke up but we are still in love with eachother we broke because the spark wasn't there to keep us together but we still love eachother ) so then it started from there !  We took separate showers then it lead to HAVING SEX WITH HIM !!! I feel like it's gonna happen again and I know I won't stop it ! So idk what to do !! Sorry it was so long I had to let it out somewhere because I can't tell anyone I know this happened !
