Have you ever had one ??
I have a small outter one that I have been told is to small to remove. I don't know it's there until AF arrives. Then it is EXTREMELY paintful. When I was on the pill I would skip the placebos so I wouldn't get it due to the pain.
I recently got off the pill and awaiting my first AF. I am very nervous that I don't know when it's coming.
If you have had one what did you do to relieve the pain??
