You don't have to have common symptoms. I never got morning sickness, count your blessings everything should be fine!

I haven't been constipated at all and I'm 30 weeks. BUT I still managed to get hemmerhoids from the pressure of my uterus/ baby...

Be grateful and hope it continues. I've been constipated this whole pregnancy (28+3) and can't stand it. It makes me so sick to the stomach. I never felt like this with my other two kids. It's horrible!

I'm 29 weeks and haven't been constipated. I've actually been pretty comfortable the whole time, except for when my bladder is full I am in total waddle mode until I pee! But I've had barely any back pain or other discomfort. I can tell it's only going to get more and more uncomfortable though... I do wish my thighs didn't rub together! 11 weeks is a long time for things to get less comfy, especially as we head into summer here!

No bowel problems here. But I also make sure to drinks lots of water, exercise, and eat enough fiber.
