TMI!!! picture* Yellowish discharge. 24 weeks!!

24 weeks. no foul smell, no itching, my vagina isn't irritated. I have a cerclage in place so I haven't been having sex. last week i went to check on the cerclage and everything was fine. I just don't understand what this is. they tell me every woman is different and pregnancy can have your body secreting all kinds of stuff. Being that this is my first pregnancy though I worry over everything. What is this? I sent a message to my primary doctor today just explaining my concerns, did anyone else go through this? my friend said the same happened to her throughout her pregnancy but during my first trimester my discharge was really thick white and creamy now it's this 😳
