slow rising hcg

Hi everyone! I just found out that I am pregnant on Tuesday. Wednesday I went in for a blood test and hcg was only 25. I went back in today(48hours later) and hcg was only 30. Have any of you ever heard of having a successful pregnancy with numbers so low? Or should I just expect to miscarry?
