sex confidence

This is something I can't figure out and I hate it. If I'm single or in a new relationship I feel super confident during sex, talking dirty, acting sexy, but once I'm "in love" or seeing someone for a long time I start to clam up and be more embarrassed. Sex with my bf used to be crazy now he has to beg me to flirt or talk dirty.. why am I so self conscious now? 😔
