scared please help.

Okay I took two FRER Tuesday morning. Both positive and no period. So of course I am beyond the moon excited. However, today I bled through my pants. ( not a lot but it is red like period blood ) i have since put a pad on and I have an occasional trickle here and there. I'm freaking out because my doctor is closed until Monday. Why am I bleeding? Has this ever happened and everything been okay? Please help a worried mom out
