Baby Acts Hungry...

But then refuses to take the breast. For the past two days he'll show rooting behaviors, open his mouth, lick his lips, gnaw on his hand, and cry like he's hungry. Once I get him into the nursing position he starts screaming like crazy and won't eat. I've tried different positions, different diet, different locations. I'm losing my mind. He's 10 weeks old if that makes a difference, and he used to eat every 1-2 hours but now I have to fight him to eat every 3-4. What could be wrong? What can I do?
