forceful Let down
Anyone have any advise on forceful let down. I over produce and I think my baby has mainly getting my fore milk. He has a lot of wet diapers but not that many poops. Sometimes he farts and a little poop comes out but I feel he's not pooping enough. Still I make a lot of milk and I've been pumping just to release discomfort.
Also when ever I breastfeed him he sometimes chokes on my milk.
