Coughing

I have had a bad cough for over a week. I assumed it was allergies (I live in Ohio and they are bad this time of year) because I don't have any other cold/flu symptoms. Just started to get a sore throat but I assume it's from all the coughing. I just googled (I know I should stay off doctor google) pneumonia during pregnancy and panicked. I haven't talked to my doctor and it being the weekend, probably won't until Monday. I looked up symptoms of pneumonia as opposed to just a upper respiratory thing and they are so similar. Any nurses or doctors out there able to help? The cough seems to be getting worse. I don't have a fever - I've been taking it often just to make sure. Thanks!
