Holistic Pregnancy and au naturale

This is my first time pregnancy and I'm determined to follow a holistic pregnancy and choosing a nonmedicated birth. I'm at 6w1d and this has been a surprise and future journey to go on for me. I've started reading Mama Natural pregnancy and Childbirth book and it's given me a sense of direction. Anyone else following this path? I have family and friends that have recently had babies but they chose a different plan than what I am trying to do. So it would be great to have others to talk to about this.
