anybody know what this is?

So it started out a really itchy small red spot and now it's about the size of a quarter..anybody know what's going on...it's super itchy still...

Kind of looks like psoriasis

Do you use any acne or topical medications? Obviously I'm not a dermatologist, but it may be a rash from an allergic reaction or irritation from a topical cream or a new makeup or face wash etc. I would keep it moist by putting on olive oil (its rich in vitamin E and promotes healing) and try to avoid touching it. If it doesn't start to clear or gets worse go see a dermatologist.

Are they small bumps or just a rash? It could be impetigo, Idk how you get it but pretty sure it's contagious and I think you need medication, I'd ask a doctor! Just don't itch and wash hands a lot cause it spreads easy!
