Strange ovulation spotting but right after O?

So I used Femara this cycle (and previous 2). I've used it for 7 ir 8 cycles in my life and never experienced this.

I DO get ovulation spotting before/on O, every month.

I ovulated early on cd 12 this month.

I'm 2 dpo and had O spotting still yesterday (right after o) but even more of it today.

2 dpo is way too early to be implantation spotting.

Ovulation was super painful (like couldn't stand straight all day) and I'm wondering if maybe something ruptured in there that's bleeding a little? It's pink/orange tinged creamy cm with just a couple flecks of red. It's just a little, really just spotting on tp so not something serious or bad... It's just really bizarre.

I'd like to be clear: I'm not assuming ir even considering for a moment this has anything to do with pregnancy. I'm wondering if Femara made something rupture or looking for other causes.

Any thoughts on this or similar experiences?

It's driving me crazy cause I DO get implant spotting every pregnancy and I want this to dry up so I will be able to tell the difference when the time comes 😂
