Could I still be pregnant???

Ok ladies I've taken a break from the app for a while cuz I was discouraged about my struggles with getting pregnant. My last period was 2 days late when I noticed a dark brown discharge that only lasted a day and was so light it didn't even fill a tampon and I'm normally every 28 days like clock work with bright red medium to heavy flow... I took a test and it was negative it's now been 10 days and still no sign of a real period. Has this ever happened to anyone? Could I still be pregnant? My last period I was 2 weeks late. Has anyone ever had this happen and be pregnant?

ahhh so frustrating. It sounds like your last 2 cycles are drastically different from your normal periods, so I'd schedule an appointment with your OBGYN to see what's going on. I have read stories of people not getting positives on tests for 1-2 weeks after their period was due, but to be honest that's very rare and I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you :( wishing you some answers soon!

I've had something like that happen before. My period came half way through my cycle. It was only a couple days and was light but dark brown.

Then my expected period was late for about a week.

I was stressing and really confused. Then my husband suggested having sex to get things moving along. (This was after a week of being late and no positive pregnancy test. At this point in time I just wanted some answer one way or another.) we had sex and sure enough my period came the next day.....so my suggestion is to do the deed and see what happens.

However a pregnancy test can still show positive up to 17 days past ovulating.

Could I still be pregnant???
