Which temp to record?
I woke up an hour before my alarm went off this morning. I took my temp (98.24), then dozed back off and then temped again (98.39) when my alarm went off. Which should I record for the day?
I'm so frustrated with myself right now because I'm 14DPO, trying to wait to to test until after AF shows or is late, and this temp is the difference between a pre-period drop or higher temps sustaining. :/
