Is this really my period..?

I have the IUD birth control so my partner and I don't really use condoms. My period was late for about 3 days or so but I was hoping that it was because I'm irregular. I then bled for like a day and now I'm not bleeding anymore.... usually my periods last for like 4 days. Was that actually my period or is there a possibility of me being pregnant?
