Weed & Breastfeeding

So I know people smoke cigs and will drink wine while breastfeeding or take their medication (over the counter or prescription). pump and dump when needed. I've stopped smoking weed, but would like to be able to smoke lightly after birth for pain or to help sleep/eat.

Online research doesn't have many creditable sources/information and don't want to bring this to my Dr quite yet until i am more self educated and closer to birth.

Do any mom's on here smoke when needed while breastfeeding or still hold off on smoking?
