idk what to do about eating

My doctor says I should be eating something every 2-3 hours.  I'm not use to eating that much plus I'm already overweight and struggle with my body image. I usually ate maybe once or twice a day (before the baby). Now I'm hungrier more and when my stomach growls my body takes it as "hey you need to throw up something is going on in your stomach" so I really don't want to eat because I'm feeling sick. What should I do I'm 13w1d and I can't eat every 2-3 hours like the doctor said I'm not use to it and I don't want anymore weight than I have to put on?
