digital pregnancy test

Months ago i bought a package of early response pregnancy test & came with 2, the original pink dye one & a digital one. I used one that time the pink dye one & it came negative so i kept the digital in its package. This month after AF due date i tested with the digital one & it was negative. It wasn't opened at all & i also checked the expiration date. Im still late & im not sure if it's normal or if that test isn't sensitive like it said. Two days after that i took an urine one at my doctors & also negative. Has someone used that digital brand before & got a false negative?
