Butt Cramps? Does anyone else get these?

So I get but cramps. Just like regular cramps but in my anus!

I know this sounds weird but does anyone else get these? My OB says she's never heard of such a thing.

They're so painful and extremely sharp and come out of nowhere.

They are so painful. I've had them since Friday and they still haven't went away.
