spotting- freaking out!

Hi guys- 28 weeks. Have had hardly any issues this pregnancy but just noticed some spotting and freaking out! It's 3 am here and my husband and I are 2 hours outside where we live and it's Sunday morning so probably have to wait to call the doc until at least morning. Am worried! Any advice? I still felt the baby move post bleed and was also really constipated so hoping the blood was from that but it's definitely a bit more than spotting. Hoping nothing is wrong!
