Anterior placenta and baby movements

Anyone have anterior placenta? When do you feel baby move? I'm 18w 4d and I swear I felt something like a flutter around 16 wks. Nothing since then. At the ultrasound baby was moving a ton, but I couldn't feel him moving. I check for heartbeat often and find it, or at least hear baby kicking. Just wish I could feel some movements. It's one of my favorite parts of being pregnant.
