no more tampons!
I recently stopped using tampons (this is my first period using pads since high school) and OMG I forgot how MESSY a period can be!
I stopped using tampons because I'd been getting bacterial vaginosis literally EVERY cycle. It had turned into a chronic thing. So my doctor recommended that I stop using tampons and stick with pads, and also get the summers <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> wash.
So far it's all worked great. I feel so weird wearing pads but I also feel cleaner, more natural.
Back to my original topic, periods are seriously a messy business lol Yuck.
