Why me

So I see spotting this morning change period stuff and nothing at all.. I am one day late and my back hurts like hell but no cramps... Breast are swollen and sore and my emotions are just out there crying for no reason angry for no reason either way hubby has to deal with all the mood swings hoping some coffee will help.. But I'm trying to finish my homework and still not sure what is going on... Being going through this period shit since I was 11 that is 20 years and I still don't understand it...
