stomach issues during AF
Does anyone else get stomachaches, nausea, diarrhea, or even just constipated when AF comes and even sometimes a little after she's done? And how do you deal with it? Sometimes it gets unbearable to me... And it doesn't help much that I'm a big baby when it comes to stomach issues.
