Castor Oil, I want to try it. I'm 38+ weeks and want to try it, but is it a waste of time?

My doctor told me that baby will come when he or she is ready. And also told me all it will do is give you a horrible stomach ache and diarrhea. So you can try it if you want or you can just go walking or bounce on a ball or jumping jacks. But nothing will male labor start until that babe wants to come :)

It's not worth the risk. I know you are probably sick of being told to be patient  but that is all you can do

Yeah don't do it. You will get diarrhea and then your baby could possibly poop inside the womb which can lead to all sorts of problems.

Try safe alternatives like walking or having sex.

No! Dangerous for you and baby! Look up castor oil online. Someone posted on here that her cousin gave birth to a baby who swallowed something as a result from taking the castor oil and the baby passed away at birth. I wouldn't dare try it. Sex, bouncing on a birthing ball, a lot of walking...those are probably what the doctor means. If my doctor told me to try castor oil I'd tell him he's nuts.
