Rash on stretch marks??

As if developing stretch marks wasn't bad enough as is - I've developed a rash on top of them. I'm wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to what this might be! I have bumps all over my stomach and they're seeming to spread. Its sooooo incredibly itchy, at this point I'm scratching my skin raw and I don't even care if it makes my marks worse. I've been moisturizing like crazy ever since my first mark appeared a couple of months ago. Since the bumps have gotten so bad I've been using an itch cream as well but its not helping. What is this!? Is this normal!? Has anyone else experienced this!? Sorry i know this picture is gross. I was already heartbroken about having stretch marks and now theyre just getting worse. 😣
