what do I pack?

I'm scheduled for a planned c section on June 30. What do I put in my hospital bag for myself? I already have babies put together. Thank you!!!

Depends(adult diaper). Sounds dumb but they rock. Just had a c section in January and that was the most helpful personal item. They make "silhouette" ones that are so similar to underwear and didn't hurt my incision, I didn't realize how much you still bleed afterwards and those were sooo much easier than a huge uncomfortable pad the hospital puts in mesh panties. The pad leaks awful in bed and when they make you walk the halls. Lol loved my depends for the first week after birth! Congrats on your little one 😊

I had a csection i packed --:

One pair of pjs or nighty if preferred ( nothing worse then hospital gown strangling you with your bum hanging out 😂)

Big knickers
Maternity pads
Breast pads
Toilet wipes/babywipes ( to clean fresh makes you feel better ) 
Dressing gown
Slippers were mandatory on ward 
Socks
Toiletries - roll on deodrant no spray was allowed, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, lipbalm,
Etc

Your boppy pillow or nursing pillow helps while nursing.  The hospital pillows just didn't cut it for me and I REALLY regretted not having my boppy 😓. Helps balance the baby while you still have an IV in and keeps them off the incision.

Something very loose that the band won't fall on your c-section. I wore a maxi dress home. Warm socks. Large comfortable easy to nurse in tops. Plan to be in the hospital for 3-4 days ( normally only three but complications can make it longer )
