please HELp

I have had he implant for about 4 or 5 months and I've been bleeding for 2 months and today I checked my underwhere And saw a bunch of clear balls that kinda looked like eggs. And I was also bleeding bc I have for a while. Idk what to do I told my mom and she thinks it's the pad but I wasn't wearing a pad it was a panther liner. (I had a light flow). Anyone know what's going on? Help?!?!
